Aromas: Incredibly complex and reminiscent of ripe tropical fruit with enveloping citrus hints. The finish is intense with notes of honey and flowers on a vanilla base.
Flavour: Sweet, smooth and flavourful, with beautifully balanced sweetness and fragrance which lingers pleasantly.
Suggested pairings: Excellent with cream cakes and rustic flat bread. This is a sipping wine.
That is also delightful with herbal cheeses.
Suggested Serving: Temperature: 10 – 12 °C.

Residual Sugar: 5 to 7 g/L.
Colour: Straw yellow with old gold highlights.
Aromas: Intense scents with typical floral hints of rose petals and sensations of tropical fruit, with an end note of refined spices such as nutmeg and aniseed.  Also features herbaceous hints of sage, mint and thyme.
Flavour: Fine, fully aromatic and delicately mineral.  Lingering, sapid, velvety end note.
Suggested pairings: An excellent aperitif, it is delicious with spicy asian cuisine and typical Mediterranean fish dishes such as seafood risotto and grilled shellfish. Try it with blue-veined or hard cheeses.
Suggested Serving: Temperature: 8-12 °C.
