This liqueur is distinguished by the perfect maceration of the grape marc spirit with different herbs such as lemon verbena, fennel, coriander, scar anise, orange blossom, orange peel, chamomile, spearmint, mint, caraway, and mace flower. The maceration time is 30 days. Finally, it’s mixed with 100% natural white cane sugar and natural colorants, resulting in a delicate liqueur with deep aromas that are very pleasant and fresh. No sweeteners or artificial ingredients are added. Digestive properties are attributed to it by the multitude of natural herbs.

Typical Liquor of the Ribeiro (Galicia) with 42% ABV, ideal to mix with coffee or consumed alone. It’s obtained by distilling with best select grape pomace. Approximately 15 days after the harvest, once the pomace has been fermented, a slow distillation process begins. The final result is a transparent, aromatic and very flavorful marc brandy.
