Aroma: Big and persistent. Full hints of fruit and undergrowth (currant and raspberry). Tertiary spicy notes of cinnamon, dark chocolate and roasted coffee.
Flavour: Dry, warm and well balanced with silky tannins, long persistence and good final freshness.
Suggested pairings: Paring with red meat, grilled meat, game meat, aged and herbal cheese.
Serving: 16°C – 18°C

Reo Superbo is 100% Merlot that only rests for 18 months in barrique and yet emerges as a winner. The power of the grape wins over the wood, which is perceived in its roundness. It sweetens the fruity notes, but does not affect the fresh fruity and balsamic components of aromatic herbs and rhubarb.
