Aroma: Fruity with floral references and evident pastry notes due to the long stay on the yeasts in the bottle.

Flavour: Dry, warm and well balanced with silky tannins, long persistence and good final freshness.
Suggested pairings: Paring with red meat, grilled meat, game meat, aged and herbal cheese.
